About this guide

Bob White
Creator of The Peptide Field Guide
I'm not a doctor, and this guide doesn't pretend otherwise. I built it because the numbers I needed were scattered across forums, screenshots and spreadsheets. So I put all 81 compounds in one consistent layout, did the syringe math once, and added the logs and planners I wanted to use myself.
How the numbers are labeled
Every figure in the guide is tagged by where it comes from, so you can judge it yourself:
- Solid — plain arithmetic, FDA label schedules and published trials.
- Trial-based — from clinical trials, not yet on a label.
- Community convention — no approved human dose exists; these are the ranges most repeated in published protocols.
Where two sources disagree on dose or cycle length, both are shown and flagged. Nothing is picked for you.
